  15. I've just installed a Squirrel SCSI box to a A1200, and had a lot of 
  16. trouble doing it.  I have a Quantum 540 MB SCSI hardrive mounted in an 
  17. external SCSI case, which worked fine for months with my A3000. At first, 
  18. the Squirrel would not recognize it at all, even thought it was properly 
  19. terminated.  Finally, I opened up the A1200 to make sure the connector was 
  20. seating properly, and found out that the Squirrel WILL work, but only if I 
  21. push the connector in REAL HARD, and wiggle it around at the same time.  
  22. The manual cautions not to do this, because the connector is fragile, but 
  23. it's the only way to get the Squirrel to work.
  24.   Anybody else having this problem?  It's the version 1.12.
  25.    I have to disconnect the Squirrel quite often to take the computer to 
  26. my User Group meetings, and I don't think it's going to last very long if 
  27. I have to use that much pressure to get it to make contact.
  28.    Anybody using one in a 1200 that just plugs right in with little 
  29. pressure, and works everytime??
  30.    Or should I exchange it for the Dataflyer 1200+ ??
